LOL is it illegal to carry a swiss army knife in your purse?

In the US(i think) a clip can be legally carried equally long equally the blade is not longer than 3 inches, and the knife is not fail openly and is not a flick-knife. Basically, integer you bottle legally fail is a small pocket knife/Swiss Army-type knife.
